Fetz is a family owned and operated organization that proudly serves the Kansas City metro area. We offer carpet cleaning, flood water restoration services & mold remediation for residential & commercial clients of all sizes.

Our owners, Ben & Katie Fetzer, started Fetz after being in the cleaning industry and seeing daily the “cutting corners” approach that many cleaning companies take in their work, not providing quality standards and integrity in their services all the while charging the customers inflated rates for sub-par quality.  Ben & Katie’s passion is that whatever they do, they do it well!

From being homeowners themselves, along with a background of senior management in residential & commercial real estate, they know first hand how hard it is to find vendors that give quality service at a reasonable price.  At Fetz we don’t believe in being the cheapest company in town, because we know the only way to have the lowest price is to cut corners.  At Fetz we have taken the approach of providing the highest quality of services & customer satisfaction at an affordable price.

We believe at Fetz that training our technicians is vital to doing a good job.  A carpet cleaning company many times advertises as being certified, which they can certify the entire company based upon only a single member of their staff having completed the course.  However, most of the time this “company certification” does not mean that the technicians actually coming out to service your home are!  At Fetz, we make training & certifying all of our lead technicians a priority.  Every cleaning & restoration technician is personally trained by our owner, Ben Fetzer, as well as having completed the IICRC certification course.  We know that if we invest in our people than you as our customer will see the benefits of our service and our results!

Great Services without Cutting Corners

Using the right carpet cleaning method for the right application & situation is the first step to receiving great results.  However, also using quality bio-degradable cleaning agents & work being done by a certified & trained technician is the only way to insure you will get the best cleaning possible!

Many main stream, franchise companies like Stanley Steamer & Sears, will only use cleaning agents for an extra cost to the customer, calling it “deodorizer”.  What they don’t tell you, is that if you choose not to buy the deodorizer service than the only thing that they are cleaning your carpet with is hot water!  Would you wash your clothes with only water?  No, you wouldn’t!  Why? Because it won’t give you the cleaning results you want!  The same thing is true of carpet, you have to use quality, bio-degradable cleaning agents to break down the soil in your carpet to actually get it clean!  Not only do we include cleaning agents automatically in the cost for every job, we also use professional grade, high quality cleaning agents that are bio-degradable and safe for your family & your carpet!
