Steam Carpet Cleaning
Steam Hot Water Extraction method uses hot water (230+ degrees) to sanitize the carpet by shooting cleaning solution into the carpet. Dry Carpet Cleaning: Encapsulation
An environmentally friendly dry cleaning chemical is applied to carpet. Using a twin-cylindrical brush machine, soil is drawn to the surface of the carpet fibers. Then dry cleaning chemical dries & crystallizes the soil which is then easily extracted with routine vacuuming. This extraction will take place in the first 1-2 occurrences of vacuuming after cleaning.

We had two other 'main-stream' companies (SS and Sears) clean our carpets and after each session, we were left unimpressed. So, decided to ditch the big-boys and go with a local company. Initially we purchased a Groupon that featured Fetz. Figured, for the amount (far less than SS and Sears) paid, it shouldn't be too bad and we were pleasantly surprised. Both the technicians were very customer oriented and answered all my questions/concerns. Will definately call on Fetz again!

I learned about Fetz from an Internet search. When I called they were responsive and answered my specific questions knowledgably. They arrived promptly, listened to my needs and did excellent work. They were able to make stained carpets look like new...and they stayed looking that way for months after the cleaning. You could feel safe having them do work when you are not home. I will definately hire them again the next time I need cleaning!

Barbara was great at giving me an accurate estimate based on the information I gave her over the phone. On the day of the cleaning, Dan and Dom showed up right on time. They walked my husband and I through what was going to happen and then got to work. They were very professional and let us know up front the process. There were no hidden fees and no bad surprises! They did an outstanding job, and definitely exceeded our expectations. I plan on having them come out every year to clean my home. I cannot thank them enough for completely transforming my house! The price was also more than reasonable! I will be recommending Fetz to everyone I know, because to me, they are the best.
